Blogmas day 5: Snow and reminiscing Japan

One day late with this Blogmas post, but that’s okay! Because now I’ve got a better excuse to publish this one. Why? Because it’s snowing today! I woke up this morning to the most beautiful white landscape. My whole morning literally consisted of sipping on my hot cup o’ joe and staring at the snowflakes. Snow just makes everything more cosy, doesn’t it? Well, when you’re inside anyway.

A few weeks ago it snowed as well, and of course, I pushed my brother out in the snow for a photoshoot. I’m not sorry haha. The coat is from Zara, the gloves are from Tutu Anna and the scarf was a gift from my boyfriend and it’s from Heather. The last two brands are Japanese brands you definitely have to check out when you go to Japan.

This season really makes me feel very nostalgic, because it makes me think about my time in Japan. Last year, it started snowing in Tokyo in NOVEMBER for the first time in years! It normally doesn’t even snow in Tokyo. And even though it was so cold, I didn’t mind because it was so beautiful.

As you can see, it was still full on autumn in Japan with all the red leaves. The view the snow created was absolutely magical. It was a combination of my two favourite seasons, so you can imagine that for me, this was the best day ever! ♡

And it was another reason for me to take pictures of my beautiful university.

I hope you enjoyed this very cosy wintery post. Just looking at those pictures makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!

Lots of love,

H.
